I am a common citizen of India! I swear with God as my witness that I am taking the membership of the above mentioned Sambandhan Yoga Mitra Mandal Sansthan Ganoda District Banswara of my own free will. I have thoroughly read, heard/understood the Constitution of the Institute and I will always follow it. I will maintain the dignity and reputation of the institute. I will not commit any wrongdoing against Yoga Mitra Mandal Sansadhan Ganoda and if I do so, the NGO will always be free to take legal action against me. I will keep giving full details of the work done by me to the organization from time to time. / I will remain, there is no case registered against me. I have read all the terms and conditions of the Sansthan, hence I request you to accept my application and allow me to do guest work/services in the Sansthan. On becoming a member by Yoga Mitra Mandal Sansthan Gonda (NGO), I will pay a membership fee of Rs 300, which will not be refunded under any circumstances.
